Avocado (fresh or frozen and in quantity to obtain desired thickness)

Ingredients:
Milk or alternative of choice
1 serving protein powder of choice
1 (or half) banana
1 handful of microgreens smoothie blend
Ice

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Prep Time: 5 Minutes

Yield: 1-2 Servings


Ingredients:
8 oz. milk or alternative of choice
1 cup mixed berries
1 handful of microgreens smoothie blend
1 whole (or half) banana 
1 spoonful of honey

Berry Good Greens

Ingredients:
8 oz. of apple juice (or lemonade for a tart treat)
1 cup of frozen berry mix 
1/2 cup of yogurt of choice

Optional- add a tbsp of chia seeds for an added healthy crunch

1 avocado (amount to thickness preference)

Superfruit Smoothie

8 oz. almond milk 
1 peeled kiwi
1 cup frozen, pitted cherries
